For PPM, we designed a coaching app dedicated to footballers, along with the project's companion website.
The challenge
The app lets players track their personal goals, progress through their coaching content, and message their coach directly. It also integrates key parts of the customer journey: e-signature, online payment, and simplified administrative tracking. The goal was to create a smooth experience from first contact through to in-app coaching — a system built to help footballers stay focused on their progress, while simplifying management for the coach and the organization.
Our approach
We combined strong engineering practices with low-code tools to accelerate delivery. That approach reduced delivery time by 60% compared with a more traditional build.
