For LIFT Brussels, we designed an app built to centralize the member experience and simplify entry management.
The challenge
The app lets members access their digital membership card, buy tickets, browse upcoming nights, and enter the venue with a unique QR code. On the admin side, the tool tracks members, tickets, entries, and usage data — built to streamline the customer journey, reduce friction at the door, and give the team a clearer view of their activity.
Our approach
